[ SUPPORT ]
Here to help.
For questions, problems, or concerns about another account, email cam.mckenzie.bush@gmail.com.
Describe what happened and, if useful, the app version and account handle. Never send your password or recovery key. Only include conversation excerpts you deliberately choose to share.
Support email is outside Epyks encrypted messaging. Your email address and anything you send are available to the support operator and Gmail under its policies. The app does not automatically attach chats or device data.
Block or report a contact
On iPhone, open a chat menu to block or report a contact. You can also block or report an incoming request. Personal blocking stays in your encrypted local vault, cancels queued sends and preserves history. Unblock in Settings.
The report screen previews the handles, reason and optional details you choose to send. Reports expire after 24 hours, or sooner on decision or service restart, even if unread. No report text is emailed automatically. An operator decides whether to ban; reporting is not proof of abuse and does not guarantee a ban or a response before expiry. Read our community guidelines.
Why are messages waiting?
Both people must be unlocked and connected. On iPhone, keep Epyks open. This version does not deliver in the background or send push notifications. Pending messages stay in the sender's local vault.
Can I restore my conversations?
Account recovery keeps your handle and lets you choose a new password. It creates empty local history and contacts; the relay has no chat backup to restore. Friends keep their own history and can send a new contact request.
What does local wipe remove?
It clears Epyks data on this device. It does not delete your registered handle or another person's conversations. The separate account deletion control removes the remote account record and its current local vault. These actions do not erase support emails or operating-system backups, and do not guarantee forensic erasure.
Protect your account.
Use a pseudonym, keep your recovery key private, and avoid sharing personal information. A compromised or unlocked device can expose local data. Do not use Epyks for criminal activity.
